This is my DLO for term 4 2023. This took the whole term so I hope it dosen’t dissapoint. We had to make things that would be helpful towards Team 5 and maybe the school. My team amde a bench but we had to make a prototype instead. This was fun and I would like to do more things like this soon!
How will my shoes work? To release it from its charger you just press the white button and the top will release and the pillar will raise the shoes and you will grab them and put it on. To activate it you simply tell your mind to do it because it uses your brain waves to communicate to the shoes. You can tell it to speed up or down you can tell it to park and stop. You can unloosen and tighten it to your liking. It also uses solar panel to charge the shoes up since the sun-is a hot ball of energy and gases why not use the free energy! The shoes are capable of taking your 0 kmh to 90 kmh! (Special suit is needed does not come with it.) When you leave the solar panels out it collects the excess energy so when its cloudy or raining you can still charge it inside!

This is my extension project for 2023 in term 4. We had to make futuristic inventions that could help people in every day life. What I made was Sonic shoes, These shoes are gonna help in a lot of things trust me. Its gonna help you get to work faster to relieve stress instead of waiting in traffic with your car. You could also use it for fun and it could distract you from the reality of life. What i’m showing here is the charging process. I am planning to use solar panels to charge it so that you don’t use a lot of money paying for electricity just to run faster. This project was fun and I hope we do more things like this next year!

This is my slides for our extension project about inventing and technology. What I came up with was sonic shoes! These can be used in everyday life and to go to work without a car or to be the fastest runner but there are pros and cons. Wait what you want to here them? LOOK AT MY SLIDES!

Today the y7&8 extension did these slides for a article we read. We all read different articles but we all did these slides. The article I read was named “Saving the world, One swipe at a time”. It was a about a guy who made this piece of technology that transmits these electric waves that the brain emits and uses them for people who have a disability who can’t communicate well.

This Blog post is about how technology has changed throughout the years and we show that by showing objects from when they were back the vs now. We did a spinning wheel which had many objects on it and I got a Electric toothbrush. When I did this activity I noticed how big it was back then compared to now kinda like how the computers back which were the size of elephants then were turned into the small, compact mobile phones we know today. Thank-you to KPMG for hosting us Yr 7&’s AGAIN. This time we learned about technology and we got to make some cool things. We made this drawing we cut out some bits replaced it with tin foil and made it a button with scratch! We used this object called makey makey. I don’t know what it does but it made it possible to make a button with a drawing. It made sounds when you pressed it so you can make any sound and it would do it. Of course their was yummy food like always. Thank you to KPMG for always hosting use every year.
